bracket snap shots #2

Heres another architecture shot I snagged while assisting on location with Endless.com/Amazon.com. Just a few minutes to screw around with available light. The process usually requires about three to four images to make (possible w/ less), and a little TLC in photochop.

I try not to blabber to you folks, but this particular shot is a little more special to me than normal. Mainly because I use to live on the cruise ship in the background, no joke! My first job out of school was working for Princess Cruises(worst job everrrrrrrrrr). Anyway, that particular ship in the water down therrrr is the Sapphire Princess. While aboard I had some good times, meet some great people, but it just wasn't for me. Thought it would be a good way to see Alaska and it was in a way. Luckily I was able to meet some buddies from Brooks in Juno during my stay, had some brews a few times and kick it, so that was a nice added bonus from it all. Also took some cool fotos of glaciers and a number of other things I may never see again... And now, two years later, I see the ship from this vantage. I love situations like this, were I'm aloud to compare and contrast two different points in my life, thats all.

Just kidding. If anything, theres a reassuring feeling that I'm going on the right path of whatever...

If you want to see a couple shots I took aboard the Sapphire. Check images 17 and 20 architecture portfolio @ www.jaredfroiland.com

Cheers!
